On Sunday, January 26th, Curt and I were set apart by our Stake Presidency,
Dan Gagon, Ron Moore, and Rick Maw, for our second mission to Brazil.
We're really going to miss being with our family. It was nice to have
Nick, Trish, Parker, Charlie, Max, Damien, and Danielle with us for this special experience.

We'll miss our best roommates ever (Tia and Danielle will be throwing awesome parties for 2 years! If the noise is too loud, feel free to call the authorities on these wild girls.)
January 27 - Off we go to the MTC!
Slightly less south-of-the-border than Porto Alegre
This is our District at the MTC in Provo.
We spent the day being trained by some great young teachers.
We became especially good friends with Elder and Sister Sroufe w
ho were preparing to go serve in the Minnesota, Minneapolis Mission
It was so wonderful to see our dear friend Mark Jarman at the MTC
We found our dear friends, Monte and Julie Pierce, who are also serving at the MTC.
Charlotte, and the rest of the lovely Oregon Swensons sent us some amazing farewell gifts.
Curt's likeness in particular is quite stunning, don't you think?
